6. Limitation of Liability

POS System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
